Ingredients:
1 onions, sliced
1/2 carrots, shredded
One hand full of mushrooms
Some shrimp, optional, diced
2 tablespoons of flour
[Prepare in a bowl, batter]
5 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of corn starch/ potato starch
1/2 teaspoons of salt
100ml of water
[Tsuyu dipping sauce, heat up]
500ml of Dashi stock
1 tablespoon of mirin
1 tablespoon of sake
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Step 1: Put shrimp and veggies in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of flour, and mix them well.
Step 2: Place "Step 1" into batter, and mix it well.
Step 3: Heat up frying oil at 350F, and using a ladle slowly drop vegetable mix into the oil. Flip over.
