Ingredients for a whole:
80g graham crackers, crashed
40g melted butter
200-250g cream cheese
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Your favorite fruits
[Prepare in a pan, white layer]
80g sugar and 16g agar agar, mix well
100cc milk
200cc whipping cream
[Prepare in a pan, clear layer]
15g sugar and 6g agar agar, mix well
150cc water
Required Equipment:
Cake or jelly mold
Step 1: Crash crackers and add butter. Mix it well. Using the bottom of a glass, pack it in a mold.
Step 3: Whip cream cheese, and add "Step 2". Mix it well. Add lemon juice.
Step 4: Pour "Step 3" onto "Step 1", and put it in the fridge for 15minutes to set.
Step 5: Decorate your cake with your favorite fruits once the cake is set.
Step 6: When you are ready to pour the clear layer onto "Step 4", heat up the pan that has clear layer ingredients. Pour it onto "Step 5". Chill it for 5 hours in the fridge.
