Hiyashi Chuka- Cold Ramen Noodle Salad


Everyone must have the experience of craving some kind of food. All the sudden, I really wanted these noodles! It’s funny because it’s not summer yet (this is a summer dish), and not even my favourite food.

However, it turned out well!
 

Ready in: 15 minutes

Ingredients for two:

400 g of Chinese egg noodles
Cucumber
Tomato
Salad
1 hard-boiled egg
Cold cut
Some sesame seeds

<Dressing- prepare in a shaker>
25cc of water
50cc of vinegar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoons of sugar
A pinch of salt

Step 1: Cook noodles by following the instruction on the package.
Step 2: Place them on a plate.

Step 3: All the vegetables and meat on top.
Put the dressing on top
