Bukkake Soumen- Cold vermicelli noodles

Soumen noodles are classic Japanese summer food.

Ready in: 15 minutes

Ingredients for two:
200g Dry Somen noodles
Some cold cuts
Some vegetables

<Prepare the following in a pan>
1 cup of Dashi
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of Sake
2 teaspoons of Mirin


Step 1: In a pan, heat up all the wet ingredients, and cool them down.
Step 2: Cook noodles by following the instructions on the package. When cooked, drain water using strainer, and pour lots of cold water. Make sure that you don’t overcook them.

Step 3: Cut vegetables.
Step 4: Place noodles on a plate.
Step 5: Add vegetables on top, and pour the sauce on top when eating.
