Nama Haru Maki- Rice Paper Spring Roll


Our classic Japanese spring roll is deep fried. Japanese people in general love to eat and try to other food from other countries! Nama Haru Maki is now very popular in Japan.


Ready in: 7 minutes

Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes or shrimp
Lettuce
Green onions, cut into 5cm long
Vermicelli, cooked
Cucumbers, sticks
Other salad vegetables, if wanted
Rice paper
<Prepare the following in a bowl>
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic


Step 1: Wet rice paper and place it on a flat surface.

Do it one by one.
 Step 2: Put some salad on top.


Step 3: Roll it to the half way, and close both sides. Place tomatoes or shrimp.


Step 4:  Roll it to the end.

Step 5: Mix all ingredients for the peanut sauce.


Step 6: Cut it into half, and stick green onions for the decoration.
