Tonkatsu- Deep Fried Pork Cutlet


Japanese food is known as healthy food, however, we love deep fried food!





Ready in: 20 minutes

Ingredients for two:
4 pieces of pork sirloin (thin pieces are better)
Tempura powder or flour + water=batter
Panko/ bread crumbs (if you don't have any at home, blend toasts.)
Oil
Mustard
<Sauce>
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoons of worcestersauce

Step 1: Using a knife, hit pork.

Step 2: Put batter.



Step 3: Put Panko.

Step 4: Put some oil in a pan.
You don't need to make an oil- pool.
Drop batter to see if it's hot enough.
Step 5: Add pork.
