Samon no Foiru Yaki- Grilled Salmon in Foil

This is amazingly easy and tastes good! Using frozen fillets makes much easier! 




Ready in: 15 minutes (including time in oven)

Ingredients for two:
2 pieces of salmon fillets
Green onions
2 mushrooms
2 slices of lemon
1/2 spoon of Sake or white wine
Salt and black pepper
Soy sauce, if you like

Step 1: Slice mushrooms, chop green onions.

Step 2: On a piece of foil, place a piece of salmon and Sake. Add mushrooms, onions, some salt and black pepper, and 1 slice of lemon on top.


Sake removes fishy smell.


Step 3: Close the foil. Put it in a 400 degree-oven for 10 minutes.




Serve with rice and miso soup. Add soy sauce if you like.
