Ingredients for two:
15 large shrimps
2 teaspoons of grained ginger
1 clove of grained garlic
1 small onion minced
<Prepare the following in a bowl>
100ml of chicken broth (100ml of warm water+1 tea spoon of chicken broth powder)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of Sake
2 teaspoons of Toban djan
3 tablespoons of ketchup
< Preparing shrimp> Ingredients are not in the list other than shrimp.
Step 1: Peel shrimp and remove black lines of the shrimp's back.
Step 2: Put all the shrimp in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 4 tablespoons of water. Mix it and leave it for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Wash it off, and add 2 tablespoons of fresh corn starch with salt and black pepper.
Step 1: Heat a frying pan with oil, and then fry the shrimp one by one until turning brown both sides. Place all the cooked shrimp in a plate. Empty the pan.
<Important> Don't cook them too much, otherwise you make them dry and hard.
Step 2: Fry ginger, garlic and onion in the same pan. After onions turn brown, add the sauce mixture.
Step 3: When the sauce heated up, add the shrimp. It's done when shrimp get warmed up.
