San Shoku Don- Tri-coloured Rice Bowl with Eggs, Snow Peas and Meat

Ready in: 15 minutes with cooked rice

How to Cook Sushi Rice on Stove

Ingredients for two:
2 cups of cooked rice
200g of minced chicken or turkey
2 beaten eggs + 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cups of snow peas, cut in dice
Sesame oil to cook
Salt and pepper
Shredded nori paper, optional
<Prepare in a cup>
2 tablespoons of Sake
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of minced ginger


Step 1: In a pan, cook snow peas with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Put them aside in a plate.
 

 Step 2: In the same pan, make scramble eggs with sesame oil. Put them aside in a plate.

 Step 3: Cook meat, and add the sauce.


Step 4: Put 1 cup of cooked rice in a bowl, and place egg, peas and meat on top.
