Cold salad is the way to go in the hot summer!
Ready in: 15 minutes
1 chicken breast
2 tablespoons of sake to pour when steaming the chicken 2 mini cucumbers
1 tomato
Some shaved green onions, bottom part
<Prepare in a bowl>
2 teaspoons of white miso
1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of mirin
1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of white sesami seeds, grounded
1/2 teaspoons of ginger, grounded
Step 1: Pour sake on top of chicken brest, and steam or boil it for 10 minutes. Cool it down, and shred it.
Step 2: Cut vegetables into stripes, and place them on a plate with chicken.
Step 3: Mix the dressing well, and pour it onto the salad.
