Hanbahgu- Hamburger with Gravy

This is one of my best recipes. I made Obento, lunch,  with it because it's my first day at work tomorrow! I will enjoy this juicy hamburger at new office.

Ready in: 20 minutes

Ingredients for two:
A half pound of minced beef
A half pound of minced pork
1 tablespoon of flour
1 onion
Mushrooms
<Prepare the following in a bowl>
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, if possible

Step 1: Chop onion, and then brown it. Place it on a plate to cool down.
Keep the pan on the stove, use it to cook hamburgers.

Step 2: Place beef, pork, the onion and flour in a bowl, and then mix them.
<Important> Grab the meat and mix it well. This step makes your hamburger fluffy and juicy.

Step 3: Take a baseball size meat, and then throw it from a hand to the other to get air out. Repeat this action 5 times.

Step 4: Make a oval shape with a dent in the middle. If you don't make a dent, your hamburger won't cook in the middle.

Step 5: Without placing oil,  cook hamburgers in a pan with hight heat. Once one side cooked, turn them over, and then lower the heat to medium heat. Cover the pan.
When hamburgers are cooked, replace them on a plate.

Step 6: Using the same pan without washing, place mushrooms, and then cook them.
<Important> The grease from meat gives a great taste in your gravy.

Step 7: Add the prepared sauce.

Step 8: Pour the sauce on hamburgers. Enjoy it with rice on the side.
I added egg sunny side up, and okura.
