Seasonings and Sauce


I'm quite impressed that I'm able to buy all the ingredients I need for my cooking in Canada.

These are the most frequent-use ingredients:
- Sake
- Rice vinegar
- Fish "Dashi" stock
- Soy sauce
- Mirine
-Worcestershire sauce 
- Corn starch
- Honey
- Chicken broth
- Peanut butter
- Dried chili
- Chinese Toban djan
- Sesame oil
- Korean Gochujang
- Miso paste (not in the picture)
