Kohi Zeri- Coffee Jelly

I can buy most of Japanese food in Ottawa. However, there are a few things that I have to make by myself just because they are not available at stores.

Coffee flavour Jello is one of them. You can buy this at grocery stores, cafes or restaurants in Japan. It's very popular.

Ready in: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 4 Cups:
Some cream, milk or sortilège (canadian whisky and maple liqueur, YES!)
Some whipped cream or ice cream
<Prepare in a pan>
450cc water
8g instant coffee
or
450cc brewed coffee
<Prepare in a bowl>
7-10g of agar agar or gelatin
20-40g sugar, depending on how sweet you like and what toppings you choose

Step 1: Heat up water and coffee. No need to boil it.

Step 2: Mix agar agar and sugar, and add it to the pan.

Step 3: Pour the mixture in a container, and cool it down in a fridge for 20 minutes.

Step 4: Cut the jelly into cubes, and put them in a glass with cream/milk/ sortilège. Decorate it with whipped cream and a cherry.
