My mom usually uses thigh when she cooks chicken. I only buy chicken breast just because it comes in a nice fillet and looks good in a package.
I was at a store and was looking at the chicken section. I noticed that thigh is much cheaper than breast. Did you know?
Why don't I try to cook thigh.

Ready in: 10 minutes
Two chicken thighs
1/2 cups of arrowroot powder or corn starch
1/4 cups or less of frying oil (avoid butter if you want to stay in asian flavor)
Sweet and chill sauce
Required Equipment:
Pan
Step 1: Place thigh on a chopping board, and try to make the thickness even.
Step 2: Heat up a pan and put oil into it.
Step 3: Put powder on a plate and put chicken on it to coat. Make sure you cover every surface.
Step 4: Cook chicken till it turns golden and crispy.
Step 5: Serve it with sweet and chill sauce.
