Kani Tama- Chinese Omelet in Gravy

Fluffy omelet in a vinegar gravy.

Ready in: 10 minutes

Ingredients for two:
2 eggs
2 button mushrooms
2 crab meat sticks
Chopped green onions
Some sesame oil
<Gravy, Prepare and heat up in a pan>
1 tablespoon of chicken stock powder
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 teaspoons of white vinegar

Step 1: Cook mushrooms, crab meat, and green onions in a pan with sesame oil. Pour beaten eggs into it. Eggs should be running inside.


Step 2: Pour gravy on top.
