Ingredients for two:
Cooked vegetables and tofu or meat
<Prepare the following in a pan>
2 tablespoon of red miso paste
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of mirin
1 tablespoon of sake
Green onions
1/4 cup of water
Step 1: Cook vegetables, and align them in a plate.
Step 2: Heat up all the sauce ingredients in a pan, and transfer it to a fondue cup.
