Salmon Avocado Don- Salmon and Avocado on Rice


Have you ever wondered what Japanese people eat as fast food? Don Buri, one bowl dish!



Ready in: 10 minutes

Ingredients for two:
2 cups of cooked rice
8 slices of smoked salmon
1 avocado
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of Wasabi powder
Nori paper if needed


Step 1:  Place rice in bowls.

Step 2: Cut salmon and avocado into square/cubes, and then place them on rice. Sprinkle Nori paper on top if needed. 


Step 3: Place Wasabi powder in a small dish, and then add a few drops of water. Stir it until it becomes paste. Add soy sauce in it.









Add the sauce in the bowl before eating
