Matcha Jelly

Matcha is now super popular in Canada!


Ready in: 7 minutes, without chilling time in the fridge

Ingredients for 4-5 glasses:
Molasse, optional
Kinako soy bean powder, optional
Whipped cream, optional
[Prepare in a pan]
40-60g sugar, depending on how sweet you like
8g agar agar
1-2 tablespoons of Matcha powder, depending on how bitter you like
450cc hot water


Step 1: Mix sugar, Matcha powder and agar agar well.

Step 2: Add  hot water into "Step 1", and mix it well.

Step 3: Remove bubbles from the surface.

Step 4: Pour it into glasses, and chill them in the fridge. Dress it as you like.
