Sarada Maki- Salad Sushi Roll

Summer is finally here! Sushi is very refreshing in the heat.

We receive organic vegetables from a local farmer every week. Let's make salad sushi rolls using his vegetables!







Ready in: 30 minutes including cooking rice 

Ingredients for two:
Cooked Rice; for the details, see <How To Cook Sushi Rice on Stove>.
Any vegetables
Thin egg omelet
Cold meat
Crab sticks
Smoked salmon
Nori seaweed paper
Mayonnaise


Step 1: Cut vegetables, and place them on a plate.


Step 2: Get everything on the table.


Step 3: Let's roll it!!
<Important> Don't put too much rice on the paper, otherwise you would have hard time rolling it.
