Samurai Tan Tan Men- Spicy Pork Noodles

Do you know what I miss about Japan the most? Ramen noodle soup..... Especially on a snowy day, hot noodle soup warms me up.

Here is Tan Tan Men recipe. Nothing can beat overnight-cooked Ramen restaurant soup in Japan, but this is good for me until I go back home.

Ingredients for two:
Any vegetables in your fridge (e.i. mushrooms, onions, cabbage, carrots, and others)
Egg noodles for two
Sesame seeds as topping
<Prepare the following in a pot>
4 garlic cloves
3 cups of water
1 tablespoon of chicken broth powder
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Miso paste
1 or 2 shelled egg (s)
<For the topping meat>
250 g ground pork
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Gochujang

For unfamiliar ingredients, see <Seasonings and Sauce>.

Step 1: Put the pot with ingredients on the stove, and then start boiling. Leave it on the stove as longer as possible (30 minutes if possible).

Step 2: In a pan, place ground pork, sesame oil and Gochujang, and then brown the meat.

Step 3: When soup and meat are cooked, boil noodles with lots of water. Don't cook noodles more than the time on the instruction. Keep al dente.
<Tip> When boiling water starts to overflow, add a 1/2 cup of water.

Step 4:  Place the cooked noodles in a bowl.

Step 5:  Pour the soup over the noodles. Take out egg(s), and peel it/them.

Step 6:  Place the meat and egg on the noodles, and then sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
